How We Do It

Brady 3 has developed a sales process unique in the remodeling industry.  Unlike many companies, our designers work to not only design new spaces, but also choose interior selections before preparing or presenting a cost estimate.  We have found that taking the time at the beginning of the process saves our customers time, money and frustration in the end.  When we present a budget, it is a fixed bid comprised of finishes chosen by our customers.  We do not give product allowances because we have found they are not often accurate and often lead to cost overruns. At the same time, if our proposed budget comes in higher that a customer’s liking, our team can apply value engineering and offer suggestions to meet wants and needs. We believe so strongly in our process that we do not require down payments until a customer is ready to sign a construction contract. Phase I

Design

  • Consultation to discuss remodeling vision & review and measure space
  • Design review with 3D renderings of design & scope of work shared
  • Trade partner meeting in home
  • Interior design finished selected
Phase II

Contract Proposal

  • Updated 3D renderings with personal selections shared
  • Detailed scope of work with budget, timeline and payment details presented
  • Contract signing with “start date” booked
Phase III

Pre-Construction / Construction

  • Permits obtained
  • Materials ordered
  • Weekly communication with designers, craftsmen and customers
Phase IV

Project Completion

Customer walk-thru and review of project
